International Cooperation

We are creating an international study climate.
Will you start co-creating it with us?

The Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń is very active in the field of international cooperation. It currently has more than 60 bilateral agreements in place, giving a total of about 120 places at foreign universities for students. For those who want to develop and have the right predispositions, the Faculty allows students to spend part of their studies (one or two semesters) at one of its foreign partner universities within the Erasmus+ programme. Outgoing students receive an Erasmus grant, which covers part of their monthly living costs while studying abroad. Partner universities are located in countries such as: Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Turkey and the United Kingdom. In addition, those who demonstrate adequate language competence can choose to study a Master’s degree programme conducted entirely in English, enabling them to obtain two and three degrees at the same time!

In view of the need to provide comprehensive support to students (both outgoing and incoming) during the mobility period, the Faculty Office for International Programmes was established in December 2009. Its main task is to provide assistance in organising studies and practices related to the Erasmus+ programme and support for foreign students studying at our Faculty. The office also supports a variety of international initiatives, including: servicing foreign delegations coming to the Faculty with a series of lectures, seminars or workshops; organising events such as International Week, Erasmus Day, during which FESM students participate in joint classes and have fun together with students and lecturers coming to Toruń from partner universities.
