The Faculty is considered to possess one of the best facilities of all the schools of economics in Poland. It occupies a modern and well-equipped building of over ten thousand square meters.
Teaching facilities include:
- ten lecture halls (the largest of which is for 400 people),
- several seminar rooms,
- two language laboratories,
- a managerial staff training lab,
- four computer labs,
- library and reading room.
The Faculty Library provides open access to the current textbooks, dictionaries, reference works, daily papers and specialized journals. The collection consists of over 49 thousand volumes including the most important periodicals on economic science and management. All of these sources can be found in our online catalogue. Access is provided to various databases that make available full-text articles from electronic journals.
If you are interested in subjects beyond business and economy, as a student of our Faculty you have open access to the main University Library, where you can find interesting books in many fields of science. The University Library provides you with an impressive collection of literature in a range of languages, including English, German and French. Books and journals that are not available in these two libraries (i.e. Faculty Library and University Library) can be accessed via inter-library-loans.
In the Faculty building, you will also find other places that are very helpful in everyday student lifelike, for example, an inviting café-style canteen, where you can enjoy breakfast or lunch. The varied menu offers delicious main menus as well as side dishes, soups, and fresh salads.
