Virtual conversation about satisfaction

On April 20, there was the 2nd edition of the nationwide Conference on the topic of business satisfaction
"Let's Talk about Satisfaction". The event was organized by the Department of Organizational Behavior and Marketing and Student Marketing Research Club. During the virtual meeting, 14 experts from Poland and the world presented results of their researches about satisfaction from various perspectives and industries.

During the event, employees of our Faculty presented their view of satisfaction:

prof. Aldona Glińska-Neweś, dr hab.: “Employee Volunteering. 360 Degree Satisfaction”

Krzysztof Celuch, Ph.D.: “Satisfaction in Business”

Mariusz Lewandowski, MA: “How to Build Customer Satisfaction in Social Media?”

 

In the Conference participated also representatives of the event and hospitality industries, including prof. Barbara Neuhofer (FH Salzburg), Agnieszka Słowik (Flower Tower), Żaneta Berus (iIn2Win Business Consulting), Izabela Sałamacha (communication expert in the field of healthcare & CSR), Krzysztof Łobodziński (Radio Kolor 103 FM) and Agnieszka Krajnik (Provident SA). The first part of the meeting ended with a discussion panel moderated by Magdalena Kondas, the editor-in-chief of the MeetingPlaner.pl portal.
