The results of a study of the investment activity of Polish companies in the Republic of Kazakhstan, carried out by the research team of our Faculty, were used by the Foreign Trade Office "Polish Investment and Trade Agency" PLC. in Kazakhstan to support investors in the country.
The study was carried out by a team of researchers from the Department of Investment and Real Estate, consisting of: dr. Małgorzata Jaworek, NCU prof. (chair), dr. Włodzimierz Karaszewski, NCU prof., dr Magdalena Kuczmarska, PhD and dr. Marcin Kuzel, NCU prof.
As noted by the representatives of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency PLC in Kazakhstan, the results of the implemented research initiative, apart from their significance for the development of the theory of international capital flows, are important for the improvement of tools and mechanisms encouraging Polish enterprises to undertake foreign direct investments and are a way to increase their international competitiveness.
