Business Administration
Business Administration is designed primarily for those who want to be on a headship position in an organization, but also for those who just want to be excellent in any business affair, in any management function or sphere. Graduated in Business Administration, due to universal management knowledge they achieve, are able to see and understand the whole complexity of organization as a system of different functions. After series of lectures, workshops and tutorials they develop their leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, gain practical knowledge about creation of competitive and marketing strategies of organization, learn how to create an effective team and how to make financial analysis or measure business performance. Content of most courses is set in global context and presents cross-cultural and cross-national perspective of modern management.
Every year 10-15 participants of Business Administration have the opportunity to be selected to join the The Polish-French Master’s Degree Program. In this program students study the first year at the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management NCU in Torun and the second at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Management University of Angers in France. Students who successfully complete the programme will receive diplomas of the both universities.
