Human Resource Management is an interdisciplinary studies program designed primarily for those who want to work on a headship position in an organization, but also for those who just want to reach excellence in any business sphere related to personnel management. The program of the studies provides students with specific competencies for human resource management and personnel consulting, in a practice-oriented approach. After completing a series of lectures, workshops and tutorials students develop their leadership, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, gain practical knowledge about processes and techniques of personnel planning, recruitment & selection, training, career management, motivating and appraisal, computer programs applied in HR, labour law and HR management in an intercultural business. Graduates are prepared to work on positions of specialists in HR departments, personnel consulting, training and coaching businesses, employment services, career services or public administration, as well as to be efficient managers or run their own business in various fields.
